A nationwide recall of a single lot of hydromorphone hydrochloride 2 mg tablets has been issued due to potential for oversized tablets and possible overdosage. An increase in adverse reactions including respiratory depression, low blood pressure, and sedation, can occur. The recalled tablets are blue and round, embossed with "E" on one side and "2" on the other. |
