The momentum for change is rampant. Recent national meetings, including CGEAN, Magnet, and the International Nursing Research Congress, have hosted exciting and innovative podium presentations supporting nurse leaders and science in all aspects of practice. In the November issue of JONA, we're reporting new findings related to horizontal hostility and bullying in hospital settings...definitely an aspect of healthcare delivery that requires nurse leaders to promote change! I invite you to access www.jonajournal.com to review current and past articles of interest. Also, enjoy free access to the following editorial content that covers relationships, patient safety, and communication. Thanks for your ongoing support!

Sincerely,

Karen S. Hill, RN, DNP, NEA-BC, FACHE
