EBP is everywhere! This February edition of Executive Extra highlights articles about evidence-based practice (EBP). The range of projects, studies, and reviews JONA receives as manuscripts are leading to exciting and stimulating reading for nurse leaders. From this topic spectrum, it’s clear that evidence-based inquiry can take place in any organization with the right leadership, structure, and education. Programs evaluating practices can be low cost to implement (like the patient rounding article highlighted below), and yet crucial to evaluate and monitor.
I invite you to visit www.jonajournal.com and review current and past articles of interest to you. As a nurse leader, I find it’s good use of our time to learn from others and build on that knowledge. Authors submitting to JONA are open to connecting with their readers and building new relationships with peers. This month, enjoy the articles we’ve highlighted below.
Thanks for your interest in JONA.
