On page 50 of the article that appeared in the January/February issue, there were errors in Table 2 in the third row of data for Watts at the anaerobic threshold (WAT). For the Aerobic Training Group, the Before Exercise values should be 63 +/- 16 (instead of 63 +/- 26), and the After Training values should be 73 +/- 14 (instead of 50 +/- 24). For the Combined Training Group, the Before Exercise values should be 50 +/- 24 (instead of 73 +/- 14), and the After Training values appear correctly as 66 +/- 24.
