PROGRESS AND THANKS
The Journal of Geriatric Physical Therapy proceeds. The number of submissions entered into the review process was 48 in 2011, 66 in 2012, 106 in 2013, and 104 in 2014. These manuscripts originated from the United States and 27 other countries. The percentage of submitted papers accepted for publication has decreased from 58.2% in 2011 to 29.9% in 2014. The Journal's ranking has slipped slightly but is doing well (see Table). I am grateful for the contribution made by the Associate Editors of the Journal-Drs Marybeth Brown, Kevin Chui, Robert Wellmon, and Bernadette Williams-York. I also express my appreciation to the 67 reviewers listed hereafter who reviewed manuscripts in 2014.
