Abstract
* A possible link between oral fluconazole use in pregnant women and miscarriage has been reported.
* After reviewing the data, the Food and Drug Administration will decide whether to modify fluconazole's labeling. In the meantime, health care providers are encouraged to use only topical antifungals to treat yeast infections in pregnant women.
