This session will focus on an understanding of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography as it relates to: normal anatomy and physiology of the biliary and pancreatic systems; abnormalities of the biliary and pancreatic systems, and the role endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography has in their diagnosis and treatment; a thorough review of biliary and pancreatic radiograph entitled, "What's That Up There on the Screen;" and a teaching video focusing on a hands-on approach to equipment use during endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.

We are pleased to present the Abstracts from the SGNA's 32nd Annual Course: Passion for GI Nursing: Pass It On!! The diversity of these topics certainly reflects the richness and breadth of our specialty. In keeping with the tradition of the Annual Course, we hope the following abstracts will encourage discussions for improving nursing practice and patient care outcomes.
