Delaware CE Requirements

As a nurse in the state of Delaware, you are required to complete continuing education for license renewal — 30 contact hours if you are an RN or 24 hours if you are an LPN. At least three of these hours must be in the area of substance abuse. Listed below are several CE offerings from Lippincott's nursing journals to help you meet this requirement, and you can find more articles related to substance abuse.

CE Alcohol Withdrawal During Hospitalization

AJN, American Journal of Nursing, January 2011
1.9 contact hours

CE Club Drugs: Coming to a Patient Near You
The Nurse Practitioner: The American Journal of Primary Health Care, March 2014
