Abstract
The Nutrition Care Process and Model and International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology are primarily thought of as tools for dietetics professionals in practice. However, they have been invaluable as source documents for many public policy advocacy efforts. This article summarizes the highlights from the past 2 years and illustrates how the concepts included in the Nutrition Care Process and Model and International Dietetics and Nutrition Terminology have been used by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
