This column, presented by the executive vice president and chief officer of the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Linda Lewis, MSA, RN, NEA-BC, FACHE, discusses a topic of interest to nurse executives as they develop plans for the nursing workforce. Ms Lewis addresses the direction of the Magnet Recognition Program(R) with regard to requirements for staffing mix.
