Abstract
In last month's issue I shared the first half of the survey results from the HHN Clinical Impact Study I conducted in the spring of 2002. Part 1 described the changes in clinical practice since PPS was initiated based on the respondents' experiences. The entire survey was also printed as Figure 1 on page 682. This month, the second part of the results focuses on changes in intake processes since PPS, productivity, current clinical models of care, and future trends and issues.
