* The Food and Drug Administration is warning health care providers about two drugs with similar-sounding brand names: Brintellix (vortioxetine), an antidepressant, and Brilinta (ticagrelor), an antiplatelet drug.
* Caution is needed when prescribing or dispensing these drugs. The full name should be spelled out when ordering through a computer order entry system.
