Abstract
According to this study:
* Patients who have ischemic stroke onset in the hospital are more likely to die, be discharged to rehabilitation, or have longer hospital stays than those with outpatient stroke onset.
* Patients with inpatient stroke onset are less likely to undergo recommended stroke interventions.
