In the first part of our 2016 series, we began sharing the Duke Raleigh Clinical Scene Investigator (CSI) Academy team's journey through change management while developing an early progressive mobility (EPM) initiative using the analogy of building a house to ensure successful culture change. In this second part, we discuss the initiative's go-live process.
