Want to see how research really can change your practice, improve your organization's programs, and increase patient satisfaction?

 

Patient satisfaction is essential for an agency to be successful in OBQI and PPS. This study identified eight caregiver behaviors essential to success. Using case studies the authors raise important points providers and organizations should integrate into their policies, job expectations, and choice of personnel to assure patient satisfaction.
