In the article that appeared on page 258 of May 2017 issue of Home Healthcare Now, there was some incorrect information within Tables 2 and 4 related to specific activities of daily living (ADL).

 

In Table 2, in the rows for both "Leland et al. (2015)" and "Jung et al. (2016)," the list of ADL measures assessed (MDS Long form) should have included the following: Bed mobility, transfer, locomotion, dressing, eating, toilet use, and personal hygiene.

 

In Table 4, the second column heading should have read "OASIS B ADL Tool," rather than "OASIS ADL Tool." This 8-item list should have included the following ADL items: Grooming, dressing/upper, dressing/lower, bathing, toileting, transferring, ambulation/locomotion, and feeding or eating.
