OPTIONAL OPEN ACCESS
A few JCN authors have asked about open access. Open access is not required for publication in JCN; this is a publishing option to make your article freely open to all. Authors of have the choice to pay a fee to allow perpetual unrestricted online access to their published article to readers globally, immediately upon publication. Typically their institution or a research grant covers the fee. These articles are subject to the journal's standard peer-review process and will be accepted or rejected based on merit.
