Abstract
When an anticipated snorkeling excursion turned into a tumultuous ride, the nurses from the Global Nursing Exchange became a huddled sisterhood in a tent. The adventure provided proof positive that nurse leaders can and do come through sudden changes and storms [horizontal ellipsis] together.
