Abstract

Faculty knowledge of online learning strategies is critical to the success of a nursing program's online courses. One college's approach to developing faculty competence was a mandatory online course that enabled faculty to experience the student perspective. The authors describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of this unique faculty development experience.
