ASPSN Membership - Reduced Conference Registration Fee: All ASPSN members are eligible to pay the reduced member registration fee. Please complete the membership application online at http://www.aspsn.org, then immediately register for the conference online to receive the reduced member rate.

 

ASPSN Attendee Badges: All ASPSN attendees MUST wear their badges at all times to gain access into all ASPSN conference sessions or events. A $50 fee will be charged for any lost badges.

 

American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) Attendees: ASPS and ASPSN badges allow access into the exhibit hall for either convention. However, ASPS badges will not be honored for admission into ASPSN educational sessions, workshops or any other ASPSN conference-related event. To attend these sessions or events, you must register for the ASPSN meeting and pay the corresponding fee.

 

Continuing Education Information: ASPSN is an accredited provider of continuing education in California, BRN Provider No. 00287, and in Florida, BRN Provider No. 27F0300

 

Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Review Course: This certification review course will take place on Thursday, October 7, 2004. An additional fee is required. Please sign up online at http://www.aspsn.org.

 

Plastic Surgical Nursing Certification Examination: This certification exam will take place on Friday, October 8, 2004. A separate fee and registration form are required to take this certification exam. To register for the exam, please contact C-NET at 201.217.9083. No on-site registrations will be accepted.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy: A refund of your registration fee less $250 will be granted if cancellation is received in writing to the ASPSN National Office on or before August 15, 2004. All refunds will be mailed thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the convention. There will be NO refunds granted after August 15, 2004 for any reason. Substitutions within the same company are permitted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing on company letterhead to the ASPSN National Office or onsite.

 

Hotel Accommodations: All official ASPSN conference sessions and events will take place at the Wyndham Franklin Plaza Hotel - 17th and Race Street - Philadelphia, PA 19103. ASPSN has negotiated a special group rate for all ASPSN Convention attendees and their guests. Hotel reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make your reservations early at http://www.aspsn.org as room availability is limited. The special group rate deadline is September 14, 2004. Rooms at special group rate cannot be guaranteed after September 14, 2004. Hotel Check-in is 3:00 pm and Check-out is 12:00 pm.
