Volume 28 Number 2 is the final issue of Topics in Emergency Medicine (TEM) as readers know it. Through the years, TEM has offered a multitude of single-topic issues empowering the interdisciplinary emergency care team. From OB Emergencies to Forensics to Communication Systems in the Emergency Department, TEM's Editor, Carmen Germaine Warner, MSN, MAT, RN, FAAN, has supported countless authors and editors with her enthusiasm, professionalism, and leadership for nearly 3 decades. As Carmen now turns her attention to other passions such as her work in the prison ministry, I have no doubt that she will continue to mentor and inspire authors around the country. Thank you, Carmen, for your years of dedication to TEM.

Recently, readers may have seen a migration toward advanced practice content in the pages of TEM. To that end, you will find the next issue (July/September) entirely redesigned and refocused, relaunched as Advanced Emergency Nursing Journal (AENJ). AENJ will be edited by Jean A. Proehl, MN, RN, CEN, CCRN, FAEN, an emergency clinical nurse specialist, and K. Sue Hoyt, MN, RN, FNP, APRN, BC, CEN, FAEN, an emergency nurse practitioner. Both editors are actively working in advanced practice emergency nursing roles and the content is guaranteed to be meaningful and relevant to your daily practice. You can expect high-level advanced articles that are peer-reviewed and evidence-based. New, recurring departments covering Radiology, Pharmacology, and Cases of Note will round out this exciting new journal.

We look forward to your response to AENJ. Please continue to let us know how we can best meet your needs as you provide high-level emergency care to your patients.
