Abstract

Abstract: The creation, distribution and communication of value have been considered to be the key element of marketing (American Marketing Association, 2004, http://www.marketingpower.com). The aim of this article is to identify the indicators of perceived value in a hospital context. The results show that perceived quality and emotions are key dimensions of perceived value.
