Abstract

At 73 years of age, I'm still working full-time in a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric unit. The article "Retaining Older Nurses: A Wise Move" (Clinical Rounds, September 2006) was interesting to me because I have a job I love in an environment where I can work comfortably. I've been a psychiatric nurse for most of my 30-plus years of nursing.

Nursing2006 keeps me in the medical/surgical loop, and I glean new information every month. Thank you for a great nursing journal.
