This session will be a basic overview of the benchmarking process in the ambulatory setting, providing examples and ways to analyze trends both internal and external. Statistical tools and techniques used to analyze and display data will be discussed.

We are pleased to present the abstracts from SGNA's 34th Annual Course, Charting a Course for Professional Growth. The diversity of these topics certainly reflects the richness and breadth of our specialty.
