Abstract

Workplace social capital was significantly and directly related to patient safety climate and was also significantly related to patient safety climate partially mediated by interprofessional team collaboration. Our findings suggest the importance of workplace social capital and routine multidisciplinary collaboration for a patient safety climate to manage health care quality.
