Abstract
Partnership with the local university allowed the affiliate to maintain the influx of new CNSs, which sustains membership, nurtures the growth of new CNSs, and ensures the influx of new ideas. Furthermore, membership in professional nursing organizations is imperative to address the opportunities that exist in healthcare.
