Abstract

EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE resources bring even more research into the clinical decision-making process. Keeping up with all of the new information and research findings that are generated each day takes time. This delays disseminating important research findings and delays benefits to patients. But you can download resources to your personal digital assistant (PDA) and use them to incorporate new evidence into practice more easily. These resources include practice guidelines, algorithms for decision support, electronic journals (e-journals), and subscription newsgroups. Let's take a look at them.
