This poster was created to describe the steps involved in a change project. The change project in this case involved the creation of two educational manuals for patients, doctors, and nurses dealing with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).

METHODS

I gathered, wrote, and organized information about CTCL, treatments, medications, and resources and combined them into two manuals. Literacy levels of patients were taken into consideration during the writing of the manuals.

Completed manuals will be given to all established patients during their follow-up care and to new patients on their first ...
