A bra? Our profession has worked too hard to be represented by this type of cover, even if done with humor. And I don't know that I would feel any differently about this representation if I had breast cancer.

I teach nursing. How do I explain professionalism to my students when this is the cover of our profession's journal? We struggle with students wearing lacy camisoles under their scrubs and revealing their underwear when bending over. We're trying to change this, and this cover doesn't help.
