Abstract

ABSTRACT: Part I of this two-part series discussed the anatomy, radiographic reading, and clearing of the cervical spine for advanced practice nurses. Part II reviews the mechanisms of injury, pathophysiology, diagnostic evaluation, and patient management of the most common cervical spine injuries.
