Adverse reactions include upper respiratory infection, fever, headache, pharyngitis, cough, abdominal pain, diarrhea, otitis media, influenza, rhinorrhea, and sinusitis.This anticholinergic relaxes bronchial smooth muscle through inhibition of muscarinic cholinergic receptors.
