I work in a pediatric clinic. Molly, the triage nurse, has a personal policy of politely asking callers using cell phones if they're driving. If so, she asks them to pull over when convenient as a safety precaution. Most people comply, but one woman became angry and complained. Our manager didn't support Molly and instructed her to stop asking callers to pull over.
