This three-part series is part of a joint initiative, “Professional Partners Supporting Diverse Family Caregivers Across Settings”, and was funded by the Jacob and Valeria Langeloth Foundation in collaboration with the AARP Foundation. This initiative is in partnership with NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders), a national organization designed to help hospitals improve the care of older adults.
