The Impact that VeinViewer® Vision Made on Patient Satisfaction, with a little help from “Christie”
With increasing emphasis being placed on patient satisfaction scores, hospitals are searching for different ways to improve their patient experience. St. James Hospital in Illinois purchased a VeinViewer® Vision imaging system in an effort to improve peripheral vascular access in their facility. VeinViewer® has been shown to significantly improve first-stick success rates and may help avoid potential IV-related complications such as an infiltration. In addition, they also found that VeinViewer® could help their less experienced nurses feel more confident in their skills. Learn more by reading the full white paper.
