Abstract
ABSTRACT: Negative pressure therapy has proven useful in the treatment of the complex complications of surgical wounds. In this pilot study, the authors found that the negative pressure system can be used safely in the postoperative period of incisional hernia surgery and reduces the number of days of drainage.
