Carital USA Management

Carital Optima Prone Air-Float System. Used as an overlay or in direct combination with Carital Optima, this system features a unique air-cell pillow, reactive torso section, and foot cushion for patients in the prone position. It can be used in the treatment of posterior burns, grafts, and pressure ulcers. The system's reactive technology features a patented air-cell structure, microprocessor controller, and specialty cover. The upper tunnel-shaped cells adapt to different body contours, providing a large contact area with a patient's body that helps to reduce interface pressure and shear. Three to 5 reactive zones of inner cells automatically adjust to patient weight and position changes, distributing the load evenly over the whole surface and providing pressure reduction in all patient positions.
