In the August 2016 (vol. 34, issue 8) Online and July-September 2016 (vol. 34, Summer Highlights) Print issues of CIN: Computers, Informatics, Nursing, the last two paragraphs of the "Ethical Considerations and Settings" section on page 341 (online) and TC134 (print) should read: "Hospital 3 was a not-for-profit, 301-bed facility. The intensive care floor had a 20-bed unit specifically for patients who have difficulty weaning from ventilators."
