ASN is seeking the best and latest science for presentation at Nutrition 2018. With almost 100 abstract categories covering nutrition science, health, basic science, public health, psychology, environment, technology, and more, ASN's inaugural flagship meeting offers a prominent forum for showcasing original, diverse, and cutting-edge research.
All abstracts will be reviewed and scored by a team of ASN members. With the exception of abstracts submitted for protocols and methods, all abstracts must include study results. The omission of study results may result in a rejected abstract.

ASN awards more than $90 000 in awards and travel grants to students and young investigators annually. Presenting authors may apply for award competitions and travel funding opportunities during abstract submission. These include the following:

* Global Nutrition Early Career Scholar Award
* Graduate Student Research Award Competition
* Mentored Poster/Platform Presenter (formerly called MARC) Travel Awards

* Young Minority Investigator Oral Competition
