In the above article (Schmerge, Earl, & Kline, 2018), published in the April issue of JAANP (Volume 30, Issue 4), the authors submitted a correction to the data in Table 1. Under the "Rivaroxaban" column, the renal elimination percentage was given as ~66%. However, the correct percentage is 36%.
