The Journal of Nursing Administration (JONA) was 1st published in January of 1971. Since this original printing, the goal of JONA continues to be to support the dissemination of research focused on nursing administration and leadership. In 2018, this tradition of excellence continues. A large part of the success of JONA as one of the most respected nursing journals in the world is the advice, support, and counsel of the volunteer editorial board and peer reviewers. These nurse leaders, researchers, and faculty contribute their time and expertise to ensure that the articles published in JONA profile the high quality of scholarship we want to build our practices on. My sincere thanks to each of the reviewers listed below as well as our editorial board members.
