Abstract

Editor's note: In this report, Nancy R. Reynolds describes the resolutions adopted at this year's World Health Assembly, which she attended, and their importance to nurses in the United States and globally. Reynolds is a professor and associate dean of global affairs at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. She is also the co-secretary general of the Global Network of WHO Collaborating Centers for Nursing and Midwifery, the Secretariat of which is currently based at Johns Hopkins University.
