All hospices must have a current and customizable manual of policies and procedures, not only for management and administration but to enable organizations to comply with regulatory and/or accreditation standards. Hospice Administration Manual is written in a policy format commonly used in healthcare organizations and includes 135 policies and procedures. A CD-ROM includes all policies and procedures in the Manual and a policy "constructor" to assist agencies in preparing new policies and procedures in the correct format.

It also addresses and cross references all regulatory and accreditation standards for major governing organizations: Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (JCAHO), Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP), National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPO), and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
