Abstract
The Management Moment is a regular column within the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice. Dr Porter is Associate Dean for Executive Education, The North Carolina Institute for Public Health, School of Public Health, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Management Academy for Public Health, School of Public Health, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
