Abstract

ABSTRACT: This case describes a man in his late 30s who presented with a 25-year history of malodorous keratotic papules on the face, neck, chest, and back, as well as thick, painful linear spines along the lines of Blaschko on the lower extremities. His father had similar diffuse skin findings. A Type II mosaicism of Darier disease was likely because of the focal linear keratotic spines with a background of classic Darier lesions.
