In the March/April 2021 issue of Journal for Healthcare Quality, in the article by Rebecca Young Du et al,1 "Implementation and Feasibility of the Re-Engineered Discharge for Surgery (RED-S) Intervention: A Pilot Study," the authors mislabeled the variable labels in the graph key for Figure 1. All data for "RED-S Intervention" is reflected in the dark gray bars and all data for "Comparison Group" is reflected in the light gray bars. Please see below for a revised Figure 1 with the corrected graph key.
