Bacchus Vascular, Inc. has announced the US Food and Drug Administration clearance of the TRELLIS-8 Peripheral Infusion System for the infusion of physician-specified fluids into the peripheral vasculature. The TRELLIS-8 is an advanced drug infusion catheter designed to enable the targeted delivery and increased penetration of clot-dissolving drugs to treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and arterial occlusions. 3M Tegaderm(TM) Absorbent Clear Acrylic Dressing
3M has recently launched the Tegaderm Absorbent Clear Acrylic Dressing. The Tegaderm Absorbent Clear Acrylic Dressing is designed with a transparent acrylic layer intended to facilitate wound monitoring without requiring the clinician to remove the dressing. It also features a breathable transparent dressing film top layer and a perforated moist skin adhesive bottom layer, which together form an acrylic polymer. The Tegaderm Absorbent Clear Acrylic Dressing is available in different shapes and sizes and is hypoallergenic and latex-free.
