The National Conference for Nurse Practitioners (NCNP) 2021 Fall Virtual Event will take place November 2-5, 2021. This virtual event will bring you educational sessions relevant to advanced clinical practice and provide you with the tools needed to improve the overall quality of patient care. The meeting offers an evidence-based approach to learning with content designed to challenge your critical thinking, assessment, and clinical management skills.

Margaret A. Fitzgerald, DNP, FNP-BC, NP-C, FAANP, CSP, FAAN, DCC, FNAP and Sophia Chu Rodgers, DNP, ACNP, FNP, FAANP, FCCM will deliver the keynote address on COVID-19: The 4th Wave. The keynote will cover their perspective on the state of variant viruses, the impact of outpatient and inpatient treatment, and how the pandemic has shifted to the unvaccinated and children. Advances and limitations of outpatient and inpatient therapy will be highlighted as well as updates on COVID-19 immunization.

 

The interactive platform allows attendees to connect with both speakers and peers throughout the program. Vendors will also feature their products and services in the exhibitor showcase, and attendees will have ample time to network throughout each day of the virtual conference. Additional sessions will include pain management; managing alcohol withdrawal syndrome in acute care; expert tips on managing adrenal disorders in primary and acute care; a general session on diversity, equity, belonging; understanding the needs of the LGBTQIA+ patient; updates to documentation, billing, and coding services; food allergy and intolerance; update on neurobiology and personalized treatment of anxiety disorders; and much more. The event will feature various sponsored product theaters as well as scientific research posters.

 

Attendees can earn up to 51.75 CE credits and 36.5 Rx credits by attending this conference virtually-that's more than double the amount offered at previous live events. In addition, the NCNP 2021 Fall Virtual Event will have archived sessions available through February 3, 2022, offering the flexibility to rewatch presentations at your leisure-you won't miss out on any sessions!
