Peer Reviewers are an essential part of the publication process and help improve the quality of the manuscripts (Briale, 2017). My editorial in this issue will recognize the important role Peer Reviewers play in JNPD. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all of our Peer Reviewers and especially the below top 25 peer reviewers for their outstanding work during 2022. Their generous sharing of time and expertise allowed JNPD to publish numerous innovative and scholarly quality articles for our JNPD readers. If you see any of our peer reviewers at the ANPD conference, be sure to personally thank them! Also, if you are interested in becoming a Peer Reviewer for JNPD please reach out to me.

I would also like to thank all the authors for submitting your manuscripts. I encourage experienced and new authors to continue to share your best practices with our JNPD readers! I would like to thank our Editorial Board for all their hard work and support this year! You can find the list of board members in the Journal's Masthead in print and online. I hope to see many of you at the ANPD conference!
