* Prevalon Pressure-Relieving Heel Protector. This redesigned product helps minimize pressure, friction, and shear on the feet and heels of nonambulatory patients. It offloads the heel, delivering complete and continuous heel pressure relief. It also helps reduce the risk of plantar flexion. Adjustable stretch panels provide a secure, comfortable fit, and are now tethered to the boot to make it easier to reapply. A new outer surface is constructed with the same materials used in parachutes and outdoor gear, and it repels liquids.
