In the article "A Catastrophic Nurse Case Manager Wears Many Hats," which appeared in Volume 12, Issue 6, of the Inside Case Management section of Professional Case Management, on pages 356-357, one of the authors' names and bios was inadvertently omitted. The second author's name and bio should have been included as follows:

 

Karen Broen, RN, BA, CRRN, CCM, CLCP, has 15 years' experience in medical case management working specifically with catastrophically injured workers' compensation patients. She has served as case manager in a spinal cord rehabilitation unit and on the board of a transitional facility for brain injury. She is certified in Life Care Planning.
